The project EPC hired Solvida to help develop the winning bid strategy. This contractor was new to the solar industry. Solvida helped them successfully enter the marketplace and win their first project.
As the primary solar advisor to the winning bid strategy, Solvida provided the following services:
- Helped our client assess which of their core capabilities would be relevant to this bid
- Generated bid content that highlighted the contractor’s competitive differentiation
- Developed a bid strategy that included estimating project costs
- Planned logistics for 800 truckload deliveries and 250 workers on-site over an 8 month period
- Engineered project plans to save time and money during construction
- Worked with project manager to create standard on-site work procedures
